I've been using writing a lot more lately to explore ideas, thoughts, and concepts (most recently in the form of a travel journal). I have always had this innate sense to create, regardless of medium. Recently, my outlet has been through writing, photography, and building bespoke tools that help me automate and systematize my processes.

I'm a software engineering manager by day, focusing on building a strong culture through psychological safety, relationships, and trust. By night, I lean into being a creative experimenter, connecting dots others might miss.

My interests lie at the crossroads of Design, Music, and Technology. Whether tinkering with code, creating bespoke graphics for whatever project I'm currently working on, or mixing and curating an electronic music soundtrack, each is a tool for expression that I love to learn and explore continually.

For years, I've had countless ideas swirling in my mind, but struggled to bring them into reality. There was always this frustrating gap between what I could envision and what I could actually create. Only through a deeper journey of self-understanding and compassion have I started to identify and overcome those internal roadblocks. It's been like finding missing pieces to a puzzle I've been working on my whole life.

In my upcoming posts, I'll be diving into AI and its implications in the workplace, but also exploring other fascinating intersections of Design, Music, and Technology that fuel my curiosity and creativity.

This blog represents a personal milestone - a step toward sharing rather than just conceiving. I'm learning that vulnerability isn't weakness, but rather the courage to put something real into the world, even when it feels easier not to.
